Account Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your Nexus account and associated personal data at any time. We offer two methods:

Method 1: In-App Deletion

Open NexusMobile and sign in

Go to Settings → Account

Tap Delete Account in the Danger Zone section

Confirm the deletion by entering your password

Method 2: Email Request

Send an email to support@nexuspos.truvisiontech.com.au with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include:

What Gets Deleted

What Is Retained

Business transaction records (orders, payments, shifts) are retained by your employer as required for tax and regulatory compliance under the Tax Administration Act 1953. These records are anonymised — your personal identity is removed but the transaction data remains available to the tenant administrator.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
